After one week off for Thanksgiving, we’re back!

Oprah bought part of Weight Watchers. As Oprah fans and  WW alums, we discuss our disappointment at this turn of events.

We talk about the benefits of cooking with sausage. Marisa likes Trader Joe’s garlic chicken sausage and links from Birchrun Hills and Meadow Run farms. Joy loves Italian sausage from Fiorella’s on the Italian Market.
