  1. Hi Ladies. As usual I enjoyed listening and learning from the latest podcast. I have an unrelated question i hope is ok to ask you both. Wondering what you both think of taking collagen peptides as a supplement? Tia.

    1. I think that supplements are a personal choice. I know a number of people who use and appreciate collagen, but it’s not really something we can advise you to do or not do.
