I don’t know why I procrastinated so long on trying this recipe, but I purchased Resolution Recipes when it came out and only just yesterday made Instant Pot Hummus. WOW, it’s amazing!!! Creamy and came together so easy! With it being in the 90s in Pittsburgh this week, my goal is to not use my kitchen, and this made plenty of hummus for a couple of meals to go along with grilled veggies & flatbreads. Love the trick to blend up the tahini with the liquids first, think it makes everything extra-creamy. Thanks ladies for a great recipe 🙂
